Frequently Asked Questions

  • What areas do you service?
    We service areas within 60 miles of Fredericksburg, VA at the standard rate. An additional fee will be charged for further listings outside of those 60 miles.
  • What do I need to do before the photographer arrives at my listing?
    Please make sure your listing looks its best! This includes: - Removing random items on the floors, walls, yard, pool and driveway (cars included). Less clutter makes spaces look larger, more attractive and welcoming! - Keep the amount of people on the property to a minimum! Contractors, potential buyers, agents or even Superman will make the shoot time last longer. If homeowners aren't able to leave the property please advise them to keep to "minimal mess" tasks to avoid the photographers extended stay. - Make sure to put all toilet seats down, turn off any ceiling fans, raise window blinds, open window curtains and if possible, remove pets and their toys/amenities from the property or areas being shot. This ensures best possible shooting conditions for the photographer!
  • When will my content files arrive?
    We gurantee a 24 hour turnaround on all photos and video. This means a shoot scheduled at 10 am will be ready for you to list the following day no later than 10 am.
  • What if there's unexpected weather on the day of our scheduled shoot?
    Before scheduling, please check the weather for the appointment day in mind. In case of booking weeks in advance or random weather changes, we will keep in touch about rescheduling at no additional charge. If it is just a gloomy day, it is ultimately your call on whether to reschedule or continue the shoot. The photographer is very skilled and can replace sky's and change lighting conditions during the photo editing process, however videos can not be so easily changed and will have that day's weather conditions in the final product. If unsafe weather conditions arise for the photographer or equipment, a reschedule will be issued at no additional cost.
  • What is your pay policy?
    We invoice after your shoot is complete! An email containing an invoice link to Paypal (Subject to change) will be mailed to you once the photographer completes the shoot. To ensure the safety and longevity of the business we require the invoice be paid before realeasing any content to you. This ensures both parties are not cheated and get they're desired outcome.
  • What if im unhappy with the content I received?
    Hey, we get it! If we didn't meet your expectations please feel free to reach out and express a change. We offer a free revision on all photos and video and a free reschedule if we didn't capture something important at the listing. Your business means the world to us, if there is something we can do to satisy your needs, please feel free to reach out!
  • I'm not sure what content my listing needs to be sold...
    A hard choice! Not only are you choosing what content will be used to market your listing but also what content will be shown in your portflio! If you are unsure what will look best for your listing, feel free to reach out! We'd love to chat with you on what all your listing has to offer and what are the best possible resources we can provide you!
